Our customers are Federal (Defence and Secure Agencies), State Governments and major Corporate enterprises. Part of our business involves the design and implementation of integrated audiovisual systems that enable and enhance our clients’ communication. ServicePoint is also renowned for providing project installations, programming, maintenance and support of sophisticated integration projects as well as dealing extensively with architects, trades and builders on their AV and VC fit-out projects. ServicePoint recently acquired B R E AV Central as part of our expansion strategy and provide a presence into the NSW market for Video Conferencing Services and Audio Visual integration.

ServicePoint Australia has been operating for over 30 years and has established a solid reputation for providing excellent customer service through its products and associated services. Headquartered in Canberra, ServicePoint employs approximately 80 staff. The Company represents the Audio Visual Communication specialist of the Citadel Group.
